The 2009 Market Conduct Examination Standards Working Group will not meet at the NAIC National Meetings; it will accomplish its assigned tasks via regularly scheduled conference calls. Notice of upcoming conference calls will be posted on this Web page, on the Conference Call Calendar and in I-SITE/StateNet.
2009 Charges
- Finalize the draft market conduct examination standards/procedures which were begun but not completed by the Market Regulation Handbook (D) Working Group in 2008 by the Summer National Meeting; and
- Review adopted/revised NAIC Models, and add or revise any necessary market conduct examination standards; analyze identified sections of missing text in the market conduct examination standards and draft recommendations for revisions by the Winter National Meeting.
The Market Regulation Handbook (D) Working Group is chaired by Bruce Ramge (NE) and vice-chaired by Jim Mealer (MO).
