Consumer Guides (C) Working Group
Property and Casualty (C) Committee

The Property and Casualty Insurance (C) Committee appointed the Consumer Guides Working Group to review and make modifications to the NAIC Consumer Guide to Auto Insurance and the Consumer Guide to Home Insurance and to develop new supplemental tri-fold type brochures for these lines of business. Recommendations for changes are to be made by the 2009 Summer National Meeting. In addition, the Working Group is charged with the task of developing best practices for the design and implementation of consumer premium comparison guides for personal auto and homeowners insurance by the Winter National Meeting.

Minutes for the four most recent NAIC National Meetings are available free for meeting attendees using the User ID and Password supplied by the NAIC Meetings Department. Members may access minutes via StateNet. Non-attendees and those requiring minutes from previous meetings, may purchase the Proceedings of the NAIC through the NAIC Store.
