Mission

The Mission of the ERISA Subgroup is to monitor, report, and analyze developments related to ERISA, and make recommendations regarding NAIC strategy and policy with respect to those developments.

2009 Charges

  1. Monitor, report, analyze developments related to ERISA, and make recommendations regarding NAIC strategy and policy with respect to those developments. Report Quarterly.
  2. Review NAIC's ERISA Handbook and modify as necessary to reflect developments related to ERISA. Report annually

Minutes for the four most recent NAIC National Meetings are available free for meeting attendees using the User ID and Password supplied by the NAIC Meetings Department. Members may access minutes via StateNet. Non-attendees and those requiring minutes from previous meetings, may purchase the Proceedings of the NAIC through the NAIC Store.
